Bsm consultancy aim to provides specialist skills, knowledge, expertise and self-confidence to enhance individual's prospects within the labour market. Through quality skills training, education, motivation and support for enterprise, it will enable its client groups to compete at an equal level for the jobs and business opportunities available or progress further in education and training.

Develop ICT and innovation skills in the ethnic minority small/micro businesses target group, we will encourage good enterprise and give them the training to incorporate new technologies.
